We charge fees as a markup on the current market price of each asset. These fees vary by ATM location, cryptocurrency, and transaction type, averaging between 4.99% and 21.9%. An additional minimum network fee of $2.49 covers blockchain transaction processing costs, where applicable, and can increase based on blockchain traffic.

Receipts are automatically sent via SMS and email (if available) following your transaction. Please allow up to 30 minutes for delivery. You can also view and download your transaction history anytime by logging into your CoinFlip Account.  

Transaction limits are the maximum amount you can buy or sell in a time perion and depend on your account status, which can be found by accessing your CoinFlip Account. You can request a transaction limit increase through your CoinFlip Account as well.  

Purchased crypto typically appears in your wallet within 30 minutes. You can monitor the status via your CoinFlip Account. If you haven't received your crypto after that time, please contact Support for assistance. Read this blog to learn more.
